DMR and BrandMeister
CommCommand can help configure the hotspot’s callsign, DMR ID, ESSID, frequency and DMR master settings.
- Connect to the hotspot and open the DMR configuration section.
- Check your callsign and DMR ID; use the lookup assistance where available.
- Enter the appropriate BrandMeister hotspot password when required.
- Review and apply the configuration changes.
- Allow the radio services to reconnect and check the displayed DMR connection status.
BrandMeister API features, including static talkgroup management, require a suitable API key. Keep credentials private and never include them in support messages.
A saved setting is not the same as a confirmed DMR connection. Verify the connection status before operating.
